Job description:

The core mission of the Product Owner & Project Manager will be to analyse, organise and support the implementation of technology tools for our growing agency. As a Project Manager, you will be expected to implement cross-company tools such as a CRM platform and a PIM/DAM solution that will be used by our clients and our internal teams to better collaborate. As a Product Owner, your role will be to define the components of a SaaS platform we are building and to support our IT team in Building and delivering it to clients and internal users.

Below is the list of accountabilities you’ll have during the first three quarters of work inside our company.

Define and implement Monday CRM:

• the functionalities related to day-to-day client management and operations (ticketing, task management, business planning, reports, etc.)
• the functionalities related to sales management (sales funnel, pipeline, reports, etc.).
• define and support implementation of automation between Monday, Quable and our SaaS platform to trigger actions between systems.

Implement Quable:

• define the data model and implement a first client database into Quable.
• train the onboarding team and transfer operation knowledge to the team.
• define automations between Quable and Monday CRM.

Product Owner of our SaaS platform:

• define the scope of our SaaS platform,
• create a product roadmap
• produce business requirements for the first two modules
• support the development of first module
• test the first module
• transfer the first module to the business team.
• create a process to collect and analyse user feedback.
• manage scope and product roadmap
• deliver the second and third module to the business.
• manage scope and product roadmap
• deliver the fourth and fifth module to the business.
