Job description

We are looking for an Account Strategist who will join the team under the responsibility of the Account Strategist Manager. In charge of supporting our clients on Amazon in their strategic development in Europe. Main missions will be :

 

Your main missions will be :

  • Participating in the definition of the client’s commercial growth policy on Amazon and marketplaces (12-month strategy)
  • Developing the advertising strategy, defining and managing the campaigns and presenting their results (Sponsored Ads, DSP etc…) (SEA < 50k€)
  • Co-building a business plan with your clients in order to optimize their turnover according to their needs, their sector of activity and the possibilities offered on the market and follow its evolution;
  • Managing an internal team dedicated to the client’s portfolio at an operational level and following up the skills development
  • Being the reference contact for the client (briefing etc…) for their follow-up and internal lawyer
  • Developing the turnover of your client’s portfolio for eTAIL agency (contract upsell, annual renegotiations)
  • Handling the marketplaces ecosystem (Amazon Vendor & Seller Central, CDiscount, Mano Mano, Bol etc…) and its key performance indicators to perfection;
  • Analysing the performance of the client’s portfolio and providing reporting to the client and to eTAIL agency with recommendations;
  • Responsible for ensuring the profitability of the client and the agency within the portfolio.

Required profile

  • Strong passion for sales and customer relations;
  • Proven and successful sales experience and ability to manage large contracts with high-level contacts;
  • Passion for challenge and teamwork with managerial skills;
  • E-commerce experience required and familiarity with the European marketplaces ecosystem. International experience is a plus;
  • Mastery of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central is required, as well as a solid foundation in Advertising;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and English ;
  • Knowledge and passion for analysis (Excel, Google data studios, database exploitation);
  • Very good interpersonal skills combined with great rigour and proactivity Agile, analytical, result and customer satisfaction oriented, autonomous, curious, and proactive;
  • Master 2 level – Bac +5 level.
